Our staff matches each applicant to your job specifications and employment needs. All of our trainees have been pre-screened. They have solid work experience, references and are currently receiving skills training at the City of New York / Parks & Recreation. POP candidates are ready to work immediately, at no cost to the employer. POP job developers will follow up with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Employers who hire POP workers may also be entitled to tax credits.

The Parks Opportunity Program can save you time and money by screening a large pool of applicants at no cost.
Make Money
Whether you hire one or several of our pre-screened employees the grant diversion program will reimburse your company for up to 100% of wages or subsidize $250-$300 of each employees monthly salary for their first 6 months.
Save Money
By participating in the Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program, your business may be eligible for up to $8,500 per new hire, 35% of qualifying wages for the first year and 50% for the second year of employment.
