Borough Commissioners' Offices
Each Borough Commissioner is responsible for managing all park properties within his/her respective borough. Interns will assist the Borough Commissioner and senior management in a myriad of projects related to the fields of Operations, Technical Services, and Special Events. Tasks may include managing grants and preparing proposals for the City Parks Foundation and other public/private partnerships, handling special projects involving constituents, community groups, and elected officials, and conducting site surveys of park infrastructures.
