[TIME CHANGE] New York City’s Children Take To The Parks To Celebrate First Snow Day Of The Year

EVENT & PHOTO-OP: Parks & Recreation Commissioner Adrian Benepe invites New Yorkers to come out to a neighborhood park for some winter fun. White-capped hills around the city are open for sledding, snowman-making and more. Parks & Recreation will provide sleds, music and hot chocolate at selected locations across the city, while Urban Park Rangers lead nature walks and teach revelers how to find animal prints in the snow.
