Trees
New York
Trees New York (TNY) plants, preserves
and cares for trees through crucial community-oriented
and technical support services, education, training,
desktop publishing, and advocacy efforts. The organization
is active in the five boroughs of New York City and
the surrounding region. TNY also runs a 12-hour tree
care course that leads to certification by City of
New York/Parks & Recreation as a citizen pruner.
