With a student body of just over 900 students, PS 205 is a Pre–K through grade 5 elementary school located in the south–central Brooklyn neighborhood of Bensonhurst. PS 205’s new playground has fully accessible play equipment that complies with ADA guidelines. This is one of the many ways PS 205 shows its commitment to providing a playground that is safe and available to the people of the school and community. This site includes:

• New basketball hoops and painted half–basketball courts
• Painted games on pavement
• Baseball diamond with new fencing behind it
• Multi–purpose recreational field (soccer/football)
• Running track with color seal
• New “nyc water” drinking fountain
• Raised flower beds with varied plants
• Benches and concrete tables
