The park is located on Colonial Road between 68th Street and Wakeman Place in Bayridge Brooklyn, NY.
To get there:
BY SUBWAY:
Take the "R" train toward Coney Island
Exit at the "BAYRIDGE AVENUE" station
When you get to the street level (upstairs) you will be at the intersection of
Bayridge Avenue (east-west) and 4th Avenue (north-south)
4th Avenue is a commercial street with lots of delis & pizzerias
Walk westerly along Bayridge Avenue toward the New York Harbor to Colonial Road
Turn right on Colonial Road (northerly) and proceed to Wakeman Place
Owls Head Park is on your left
The Millennium Skate Park is just to the west of the basketball courts along Colonial Road
FROM LONG ISLAND & QUEENS, VIA LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY & BKLYN QNS EXWY:
LIE west to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway south to Brooklyn
Follow signs toward the Belt Parkway
Exit at 65th Street
Turn right on to Second Avenue (aka Ridge Boulevard)
Turn right on to Senator Street
Turn right on to Colonial Road
Park your car between 68th & Wakeman Pl.
Look for the Millennium Skate Park west of the basketball courts
FROM LONG ISLAND, BROOKLYN & BELT PARKWAY
Take Belt Pkwy west
Exit at 65th Street
Turn right onto Colonial Road
Park your car between 68th & Wakeman Pl.
Look for the Millennium Skate Park west of the basketball courts
FROM STATEN ISLAND & NEW JERSEY VIA VERRAZZANO BRIDGE
Crossover the Bridge
Follow signs toward Brooklyn Battery Tunnel
Exit at Fort Hamilton Pkwy
Turn left at Bayridge Parkway
Turn right at Colonial Road
Park your car between 68th & Wakeman Pl.
Look for the Millennium Skate Park west of the basketball courts
