Description:
Volunteer with Natural Areas Volunteers (NAV) at Ocean Breeze Park to help protect our young trees from deer and rabbit browse. Volunteers will be trained in proper fitting and installation of tree guards. These tree guards will prevent deer and rabbit from rubbing and feeding on young trees. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. Please meet your NAV Technical Leader at the corner of Quintard Street and Nugent Avenue. Space is limited. Registration is required for this event.
