Senior Photographer Malcolm Pinckney has been capturing New York City parks on camera since 1975. Although he has held various titles during his tenure with the City--from Recreation Specialist to Urban Park Ranger to City Hall Photographer--he has contributed invaluable work to the Parks Department's photo collection steadily since day one. But decades of experience haven't left Pinckney complacent; he introduced digital photography to the Parks photo unit in 1998 and continues to innovate and adapt to new technology in his area of expertise.
