Commissioner Benepe joined lead singer Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders and 101.9 RXP morning host Matt Pinfield at a concert at the Highline Ballroom in New York City to announce the band's contribution to MillionTreesNYC. The Pretenders' contribution to MillionTreesNYC coincided with the release of the group's ninth studio album, Break Up The Concrete, which had a limited run of ecologically-friendly packaging with handmade seed paper.
