Each fall, New Yorkers participate in Parks' annual Citywide Bocce Tournament. Teams of four compete to represent their borough in the finals and for the chance to be crowned best bocce team in the city. Winning teams receive up to $1,000 in cash prizes, bocce sets, VIP Grandstand tickets at the Columbus Day Parade, and the opportunity to march.
