Join the Thomas Jefferson Recreation Center staff as they teach teens how to use gym equipment properly. They will also answer questions and show teens what focus on to achieve their individual fitness goals. The program will teach them how to increase their strength and endurance, while also helping to build a foundation for a physically active life.
