St. Mary's Park is one of the original parks in the Bronx. Commissioner Robert Moses wanted a place for people to be able to socialize and play in cold weather months, resulting in the New York's first full service, indoor recreation center opening at St. Mary's in 1951. Housing an indoor pool, gymnasium, locker and shower rooms.
Indoor Pools
To use an indoor pool, you must have a Recreation Center membership.
