Join FLORAL (Friends and Lovers of Riverside Area Life) for their 15th Annual Doggie Halloween Party! The Doggie Costume Contest will start at 2 p.m. There is a $10 entry fee for all contestants. There will also be an incredible raffle, a “Flea-Less” Market, free refreshments and lots of tasty treats for dogs.
