The elusive Meleagris gallopavo (wild turkey) has been long a favorite challenge of hunters in the Northeastern US. Come to the Salt Marsh Nature Center for a fun lecture on our favorite Thanksgiving time critter! Kids craft to follow. Ages 12 and under.

The field house and comfort station are closed. We are reconstructing the field house with new restrooms, community space, storage and workspace for the park staff. Temporary toilets are provided in the park.
