Learn to identify the many diverse and beautiful trees of New York City with Leslie Day, author of 'Field Guide to the Street Trees of New York City' and 'Field Guide to the Natural World of New York City' and illustrator Trudy Smoke. The presentation will include a 45 minute talk about New York's many fascinating trees and displays of beautiful and detailed leaf paintings by Trudy Smoke. The talk is geared towards adults but the whole family is welcome and tree coloring books including Trudy Smoke's illustrations will be provided.
