Get in Shape for summer by attending a new Shape Up Yoga class outdoors!
While yoga is primarily about stretching, it develops strength and increases flexibility. Each pose has a specific purpose. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
Shape Up NYC classes are free, and no sign-up or registration is required.
