Every Monday from June 1 through August 31, an experienced instructor will lead participants in weekly Qi Gong classes on the beautiful Linden Terrace overlooking the Hudson River and New Jersey Palisades. Please dress comfortably.
Location: Fort Tryon Park: Enter the park at Fort Washington Avenue and continue north along the promenade, up the steps to Linden Terrace.
