Children's Naturalist Porgrams: Heather Come Hither! with Julia Attaway

Children's educator and local mom, Julia Attaway, asks "What is heather and why can it live through the winter?" Come explore and learn in the Heather Garden at Fort Tryon Park! Appropriate for ages 4-7. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Magaret Corbin Circle entrance to the Heather Garden at Fort Tryon Park.

Julia Attaway's Children's Naturalist Programs are generously supported by the Greenacre Foundation and the Fort Tryon Park Trust.

The path and stairs in Fort Tryon Park that lead to the Cloisters are currently under reconstruction. The fencing and lighting along the pathway will also be reconstructed and upgraded.
