The Louis Armstrong International Music Festival

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Louis Armstrong's concert at the 1964 World's Fair.  The first annual Louis Armstrong International Music Festival features live music, dancing, and a food truck rally just south of the Unisphere.  You are also invited to a jazz soiree with Catherine Russell that kicks off the exhibit: Ambassador Satchmo at the World's Fair - Celebrating 50 Years from 4-6 p.m. in the Queens Musuem. Join us for a wonderful afternoon in Louis' local park, Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
