Girls and young women are invited to enjoy athletic and health activities.  Brush up on your skills in a variety of sports: soccer, rugby, track and field, volleyball, tennis, rowing and double dutch.  Get active in a spin, zumba or hip hop dance class.  Also, meet Olympic silver medalist Gail Marquis! BMI and blood pressure checks and healthy snacks will be provided.
