NYC Parks urges caution during the snow storm predicted for Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening. Heavy ice and snow can cause hazardous conditions in parks, including falling branches and treacherous frozen park paths. NYC Parks advises New Yorkers to avoid using parks until Wednesday morning, when we will provide an update on park conditions.

Computer Resource Center Open House: Brownsville Recreation Center

Everyone is welcome at the Computer Resource Center Open House at Brownsville Recreation Center! 

The Open House is free for Recreation Center members and non-members of all ages.  Visit for an opportunity to learn about DigitalWork NYC, RECYouth: REEL Education for Youth and multimedia computer classes! 

Visitors without a Recreation Center membership will be given a free, one-day pass while supplies last.
