Know Before You Go
This historic park is being renovated to make it an even greater asset to the community. The central lawn area is being reconstructed and will be accessible to stroller and wheelchairs. The southern plaza will be improved with a soft surface more conducive to ball playing and bike riding. A spray shower will be added to the playground and a cannon replica is being installed. The project also includes new pavements and curbs, fences and gates, benches, game tables, trash receptacles, drinking fountains, water supply and drainage system, lighting, garden areas and additional trees. Thank you for your patience as we improve your park.
