When the words "North", "East", "South" and "West" are used as a prefix or suffix to a street name, the abbreviated form "N", "E", "W" or "S" must be used.
However when used as part of the proper name as in "SOUTH STREET SEAPORT" or "WEST STREET" use the full word.
To indicate an intersection use the "&" or "@" symbols in place of the words "AND" or "AT".

Part of the park is closed, but the playground remains open. We are constructing a new energy efficient comfort station using environmentally sensitive materials. The comfort station will have public restroom facilities and an office area for Park’s Staff. The structure will also house a mechanical equipment room and storage area for tools and equipment.
