Mayor’s Office Launches Development Coordinator Initiative
The Mayor’s Office has extended its initiative to help real estate developers, builders, contractors, and licensed professionals working on private developments that have been delayed because of conflicting City policies. The initiative is being piloted in Brooklyn through the end of September and thereafter is expanding to Queens. The Mayor's Office of Contract Services publishes Construction Project Procurement Pipeline. This report identifies the City's construction projects that agencies expect to bid out during the next 12 months. The projects are listed by agency within the calendar quarter the agency expects to release its bid. The Construction Pipeline is intended to be a resource to assist contractors in planning for future work.
