Celebrate NYC's harbor heritage this Saturday with the annual City of Water Day! Festivals will be held throughout the city, including the Soundview Park Summer Festival in the Bronx, the 3rd Annual Raritan Bay Festival in Staten Island, and City of Water Day at Governor's Island. Paddle, play, and have fun all day by the waterfront.
