There will be sports throughout the day which will include soccer, tennis, volleyball, track and field, golf, and lacrosse and floor hockey. In addition, there will be other activities such as health workshops, fitness classes, and healthy snacks. The day is designed to offer equality in sport opportunities for females. The event will not only assist women and girls in learning about active lifestyles, but also help develop leadership and educational skills.
