Volunteer Community Tree Planting Events

Join the Natural Areas Volunteers and MillionTreesNYC training program  to voluntCommunity tree planting volunteerseer in your neighborhood and make an environmental impact!

Help us plant 30-gallon trees in four different neighborhoods throughout New York City. Check out these links to find the planting location near you!

Please wear outdoor clothes, bring sturdy shoes, sack lunch, sunscreen and water.

Please register as an INDIVIDUAL or GROUP LEADER (if you are planning on inviting a group) for one of the following city park planting sites.

Please note that children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Groups of children must be accompanied by adults, maintaining a 1:5 ratio of adults to children (for example, two adults must lead a group of  ten children).
