Join us for a hands-on cooking and nutrition education for adults and seniors in a small group setting.  This 6-week course is free and led by a trained chef and nutrition educator.  In each 2 hour session, you and your classmates: Prepare and eat a delicious meal. Get tips on cooking food quickly and easily. Explore ways to get the best buy at the grocery store. Discuss making healthy food choices. Share ideas on the best way to manage your budget.
