Programs, Classes and Activities
Youth Fitness
March 25, 2013 – June 27, 2013
Teens are given an opportunity to utilize professional level fitness equipment under the guidance and supervision of our fitness staff and DOE Physical Education teachers. Students are assigned individualized fitness and workout goals, concentrating on strength and cardio fitness objectives. The program serves to introduce high school aged youth to the healthy lifestyle decision of joining and attending fitness facilities throughout their adult lives.
