Ages: 18-24 months. An introduction to learning through socialization, song, and dance.  Registration begins January 30th from 12pm-3pm.

Shape Up NYC: Body Conditioning

Instructor: Steven Adams

Informed by the latest finding in exercise science and functional exercises, instructors focus on strengthening and fine tuning major muscle groups.

Shape Up NYC: Bootcamp

Starts January 28, 2013

This total body workout addresses muscle strength and endurance while keeping the heart rate up to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health. This instructor is part of the NYC Parks Fitness Instructor Training Program.
