This high intensity class incorporates cardiovascular and strength training to increase cardiovascular health and build muscle endurance. You will smile and have fun as you push yourself to the next level ! This class is appropriate for varying skill levels and offers modifications for intense movements. Work at your own pace and run your individual race with the support of other goal oriented individuals.  Encouragement and powerful music are the driving force of this class, not intimidation.
