Pickle Ball

Pickleball is a sport played with wooden paddles and a small, plastic baseball similar to a wiffle ball.  It's a cross between ping ping, badminton, and tennis.  It can be played on a tennis or badminton court, and can also be played in a basketball gym.  Pickleball can be played as a singles or doubles match.

Staff will teach Pickle Ball to teens who are interested in learning the game. Ages are 13 - 17 years old.

Volley Ball

Youth Fiscal Fitness

April 10, 2013 – June 12, 2013

Youth 13-17 learn the basics of handling their money and finances, including how to create positive relationships with financial institutions. Equipping young people in their formative years with the basics of financial education can give them the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to manage their finances once they enter the real world. The curriculum is computer based with scenarios that allow participants to complete realistic exercises based on each lesson. Curriculum provided by FDIC’s Money Smart.
