Designed by former collegiate basketball players, this program runs over 8 consecutive weeks and each hour is packed full with a group warm up, passing/dribbling/shooting drills and fun! The session ends with each athlete showcasing what they learned that day along with our usual "Prouds" circle

General Swim available for all members. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Our pool is divided between the shallow and deep end. Members may use kick boards and noodles to wade in the water.

All patrons must shower before entering the pool and wear proper bathing attire. Swim caps must be worn. Snorkeling goggles are NOT allowed. Bags are NOT allowed on the pool deck.
