Ladies Night Basketball / Skills Workshops

  • Adult lap swim is opened to members 18 & over for intermediate and advanced swimmers.
  • We provide 4 lanes for 1 slow, 2 mediums, 1 fast. If there are more than 3 people in any lane you must circle back.

General Swim

General Swim available for all members. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Our pool is divided between the shallow and deep end. Members may use kick boards and noodles to wade in the water.

All patrons must shower before entering the pool and wear proper bathing attire. Swim caps must be worn. Snorkeling goggles are NOT allowed.

Zumba

Zumba is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choregrapher Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.
