Part of the growing fitness trend of mixed martial arts, Muay Thai is an effective training regimen to increase endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence. In this non-contact class, participants will pair up and execute striking drills, footwork and defensive techniques with boxing gloves and kicking pads. Boxing wraps and boxing gloves are suggested but not required.
