This is a Limited Access Recreation Center.

The Hamilton Fish Recreation Center, located on the west side of the lively Hamilton Fish Park, offers numerous exercise programs and tools for you to get fit and have fun doing it!  Its features include a cardio room, a fitness room with strength training equipment and free weights, a stationary cycling room, and table tennis tables, pool tables and foosball tables for more casual activities.  For a more structured fitness experience, take advantage of their free fitness classes provided by Shape Up NYC.  In addition to Hamilton Fish’s various fitness resources, it also contains a computer resource center.  Sign up today to take advantage of everything that Hamilton Fish has to offer!

Florence's Total Body Toning

Instructional Youth Badminton

Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a birdie with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents' half of the court.

Instructional Youth Pickleball

April 8, 2013 – June 10, 2013

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball.
