Introducing kids grade 4-9 to the fun of running at a young age is a great way to help them develop healthy habits that will remain for life.  This program for athletes of all ability levels is committed to teaching the sport while making it fun.  Led by trained coaches, athletes will participate in : 50 meter spring, standing jump, ball throw, shot put, javelin throw and relays.
