This exhilarating fitness class is designed to build physical, mental and spiritual muscle, and is adaptable to any fitness level.  This class improves joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, kinesthetic learning, cognitive function, systemic health, balance, self-esteem, confidence and playfulness.

Street Hockey

NYC Parks' Street Hockey program, a partnership of Parks with The New York Rangers and Coca-Cola, Get the Ball Rolling, offers free youth street hockey clinics for boys and girls aged 5-17 at locations around the city.

The clinics provide instruction on how to play street hockey and tips on the importance of exercising and eating a balanced diet.  Equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.
