Shape Up NYC: Girls Fitness & Fun

In partnership with the NYC Girls Project, Shape Up NYC is now offering fitness classes for girls ages 6-13. Girls Fitness & Fun is a 45-minute workout that focuses on building strong, healthy bodies through fitness games and Pilates stretches.

 A free youth recreation center membership is required for participation.

Shape Up NYC classes are FREE and available to those who are not Recreation Center members. Please bring a key lock to secure your belongings.
