By Car

Take the Belt Parkway to the Kings Plaza exit and then North on Flatbush Avenue to Avenue U. Turn right on Avenue U and continue east for ten blocks until you get to East 69th Street. Make a right on East 69th Street and continue until Avenue Y. Entrance is on right side.

By Mass Transit

Beginner paddlers can try the Mill Basin; it is about 2-3 miles and takes about 2.5 hours. Intermediate paddlers will like the Ruffle Bar which is 3 hours (3-6 miles) away or Canarsie Pol which also about 3 hours (4-6 miles) away. Expert paddlers will venture towards the Rockaways. The journey is about 4-5 hours away covering 6-9 miles. Or a trip to Jamaica Bay which takes about 4-6 hours and is about 10-25 miles.
