Nature Exploration Hike: Butterflies (Light)

Saturday, October 4, 2014

11:00 a.m.

Hiking is the ultimate way to enjoy the outdoors and reduce stress. Early fall is a great time of year to find butterflies, like the migrating monarch, feasting on wildflower nectar.

Our Urban Park Ranger guides will introduce you to the hidden gems of New York City. On Nature Exploration hikes we will discover the plants and animals that inhabit the urban forest. Light hikes are a leisurely stroll on mostly paved paths.
