This event repeats every week on Friday between 9/5/2014 and 11/14/2014.
The benefits of yoga are well known: de-stress, get strong and flexible, and have fun! Deepen your practice in a steady, mindful approach at the intermediate level or learn the basics in the beginner class. Taught by certified Anusara® yoga teacher Ann Casapini in a serene, sunlit space. Ten-class series; class size limited to 12. Please bring your own mat.
The intermediate level will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and a beginner's class will be held from 8:45–10:00 a.m.
