Music in the Garden: The Ebony Hillbillies

Saturday, August 16, 2014

6:15 p.m.7:45 p.m.

Enjoy an evening with The Ebony Hillbillies, NYC’s only African-American string band, who keep alive an important legacy that was a key element in the genesis of all American music.

This inventive ensemble inspires heartstring tugs and toe taps in fans of all types of music—pop, country, bluegrass, folk, rock, jazz and more—paying homage to the traditional and including a mix of tasty originals.

Pack a picnic snack to enjoy on the Oak Allée.
