Conference House Park Invasive Removal: NAVigator Qualifying Project

Volunteer with Natural Areas Volunteers (NAV) and the Student Conservation Association (SCA)  at Conference House Park to help remove invasive exotic vegetation from the forest. This work will help maintain the livelihood of the restored forest. Volunteers will be trained in invasive weed identification and removal techniques. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. SCA will be providing breakfast and lunch for volunteers. Please meet your NAV Technical Lead at Hylan Boulevard and Satterlee Street. A free shuttle will be provided from the Tottenville stop on the Staten Island Railway. Space is limited. Registration is required for this event.
