Join Lou Cornacchia, founder of Cobble Hill’s Body in Balance Studio, for an Intermediate Pilates Mat Class.
Students will learn proper technique, core muscle strength, spinal alignment and shoulder stabilization.
Classes are open to ages 16 and up.
