Heavy ice and snow can cause hazardous conditions in parks, including falling branches and treacherous frozen park paths. NYC Parks advises New Yorkers to avoid using parks until Wednesday morning, when we will provide an update on park conditions.

In Frozen, Fearless Princess Anna teams up with the unwilling Kristoff and a hilarious talking snowman to save her kingdom from an eternal winter.  Rated PG.
