Important Winter Storm-Related Service Changes

New York City parks are now open. We continue to urge caution in parks under wintry conditions: parks paths can be slippery, snow cover can cover frozen lakes and bodies of water, and branches may have fallen. If you see a fallen branch call 311.

Some recreation centers will open from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. today with limited staffing.

Bryant Park Reading Room: ThrillerFest NYC

Join us for ThrillerFest NYC, moderated by Steve Berry, author of The Lincoln Myth: A Novel. For the first time ever, the world's greatest thriller authors come together to discuss their beloved characters and talk about the writing of this one-of-a-kind collection of a bona fide FaceOff

The writers contributing will be:

  • Lee Child - Never Go Back: A Jack Reacher Novel,
  • Linda Fairstein - Terminal City,
  • Lisa Gardner - Fear Nothing: A Detective D.D. Warren Novel,
  • John Lescroart - The Keeper: A Novel.

Rain information: In case of rain, events are held under a tent at the Reading Room. In case of severe weather, please check bryantpark.org for the indoor location.
