Pop-Up Audubon: Incredible Invertebrates

The Prospect Park Alliance presents Pop-Up Audubon, now in its second season, which invites families to directly engage with nature through outdoor learning in locations around the Park.

Nature on the Go!: 2 p.m.
Explore the freshwater ecosystem of Prospect Park and discover the diverse array of aquatic insect life through the examination of specimens at the Binnen Pools.
Nature’s Helpers: 3 p.m.
Spend some time enjoying nature while helping to keep the Park clean. Take a tour of the park and help keep it clean along the way. Gloves, garbage bags and trash grabbers will be provided.
Family Bird Watching: 4 p.m
Join a naturalist for a Ravine hike to the waterfall trail, and take a close look at waterfowl habitats.
