Get ready for some fun filled aquatic adventures in this day devoted to family fun and the science, history, and the design of the water in the Park.

Explore Harlem Meer aquatic life on the microscopic level, earn how to test water health at water quality sampling stations, grab a pole and have fun with catch and release fishing, go on a scavenger hunt and see what you can find, and bring out your inner artist with water-coloring!

Enjoy special performances by "Billy B" The Science and Dance Man with his groovy aquatic tunes, then delight in the amazing life-sized Arm of the Sea puppetry theater show, "The City That Drinks the Mountain Sky", about the importance of the Earth's liquid layers and the tale of NYC's water supply.

Make sure to take a break from it all to check out our newest exhibit at the Charles A. Dana Discovery Center Ponds, Pipes, and People: Water in Central Park which is all about the history of water and its design in Central Park.
