Heavy ice and snow can cause hazardous conditions in parks, including falling branches and treacherous frozen park paths. Bronx River Muskrat Cove Tree Planting

Volunteer with Natural Areas Volunteers (NAV) to plant trees and shrubs. This work will help to restore the banks of the Bronx River in the Muskrat Cove section. 

Volunteers will be trained in tree planting techniques.

Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty.

Space is limited. Registration is required for this event.
